heiko has vast experience in sports and organisational management in a number of challenging organisational and managerial functions. he is a qualified chartered accountant with tertiary education form stellenbosch university. he has completed the international olympic committee’s executive masters in sports organisation management through the university of poitiers, france. namibian volleyball federation vice president and pricewaterhousecoopers executive manager. heiko served on various boards including sport klub windhoek as chairperson of the athletes commission, chairperson of maties cycling club, skw volleyball club and team manger of the namibia schools cycling team.

 
michelle gaugler
marketing consultant

After completing a 3-year hands-on Diploma Course in Art Direction and Design at The Red & Yellow School of Advertising, Cape Town, Michelle acted as Junior Art Director at Ogilvy Namibia. In spite of a great career and various design and craft awards won during that period including two Gecko Awards and winner of the logo design competition for The Diamond Board of Namibia, her heart and family life drew her back to nature and the farm, from where she now operates as freelance illustrator and consultant.
